I could go on and on - from a parking attendant who ran 1 1/2 blocks to give correct directions. To the clean comfortable rooms, delicious drinks and food at the bar, the security, and fabulous area of town. Would never stay anywhere else when in town - thank you!

Liked: The hotel staff was amazing! Jamille Diggins was a cut above any hotel staff I've encountered. So friendly - he went above and beyond to correct the above items. He made me feel like this was home and they were family members trying to make my stay warm and wonderful!
Disliked: Old wash cloth still in bathroom and snack container opened.

Acceptable place to visit philadelphia

Liked: A hotel without many pretensions. It has what you need and nothing more. Cleanliness ok. Breakfast ok. Location was good to visit Philadelphia.
Disliked: The bathroom was already a bit outdated. The breakfast room without windows. Parking at the hotel available but very expensive.

Liked: I booked through Booking. However, I was not notified about the deposit. Also, the deposit has not been returned yet. Very bad hotel in terms of money management. You will be faced with unexpected nuances. I do not recommend it.

Disappointing

Disliked: My Ac made loud noises all night and all I got was a change of room the next day. I’m not saying I deserve a discount but that night was rather hard. I have a video of the sound and I’d gladly send it if you wanted to hear how bad and loud it was

Liked: Breakfast: Good. Lots of options and the staff person (a woman) who was on duty Sunday morning was lovely.Staff at the hotel entrance went out of their way to get me taxis, even though the ‘button’ they use to call a taxi wasn’t working. One man (tall, slim) even walked me down a block or two and hailed a taxi! This was on Saturday morning when the street was blocked off for the wedding festivities. Staff at the front desk were also polite and professional.
Disliked: I always have a hard time regulating the temperature in a hotel room and The Westin was no exception. I was sometimes too warm and other times too cool.
