I could go on and on - from a parking attendant who ran 1 1/2 blocks to give correct directions. To the clean comfortable rooms, delicious drinks and food at the bar, the security, and fabulous area of town. Would never stay anywhere else when in town - thank you!
Liked: The hotel staff was amazing! Jamille Diggins was a cut above any hotel staff I've encountered. So friendly - he went above and beyond to correct the above items. He made me feel like this was home and they were family members trying to make my stay warm and wonderful!
Disliked: Old wash cloth still in bathroom and snack container opened.

The staff was not nice.
Liked: I wont unless I will get some compensation. Otherwise, why bother?
Disliked: Staff service. The staff was not nice, although the facilities were awesome. It just did not match the money I paid, the expectations I had, the reasons I chose, and the fancy facilities it has.

Liked: Location was excellent, making it easy to walk everywhere. The rooms were comfortable. The free coffee is Starbucks, so that was a nice perk.
Disliked: One elevator from the entrance to the lobby, then across the lobby to a second elevator to the rooms. It had the impersonal feel of a big city hotel, which is what it was.
