Nice, easy, comfy and friendly

Liked: The room was nice and big, with a nice apsect window overlooknig the city. The bed was also big, big enough for both my wife and I and our 5 year old son. Pool was great, nice and warm, gym had all the equipment and not busy at all, the lounge bar/lobby was nice big and comfortable to be in, underground parking was easy as too. Never ate in the restaurant so cant comment on that but plenty of places to eat around the hotel and in Northbridge
Disliked: The pillows on the bed were fine but could have been a mix of light and fluffy as they have, with one flatter more dense one for people who prefer that. The telephone in the room needs a doctorine to work too...

Liked: EVERYTHING! It was a perfect stay, better than we expected. Rooms, views, cleanliness, food, staff - everything was exceptional. Even little details like the smell when you enter the hotel, lavender roll ons, beautiful gowns… just pleasure. We rented 2 rooms.

Liked: Location, valet parking, staff amazing, reception, housekeeping and valet staff, so friendly and efficient. Lovely room, very comfortable bed and excellent room service. Would highly recommend and look to forward to staying again.
