Disliked: The breakfast was a mediocre buffet. It was not cheap. I have had better in a cheap motel.

Room switch was disappointing.

Liked: The bed, although lower than we've ever had a bed, was VERY comfortable. Rooms and bathroom were clean.
Disliked: We really were disappointed to have expected the room we rented to be available when we checked in at the time we had said we would arrive. It was not. So, instead of having a corner junior suite overlooking the courtyard, we had a 2-room overlooking roof tiles and machinery like the generator, etc. Ugly, so we kept the curtains closed whenever we were in the rooms.

Great Location and Cleanliness, But...

Liked: The hotel has many positive aspects, including cleanliness and a convenient location, which made my stay enjoyable overall.
Disliked: I had a frustrating experience with the room service that dampened my satisfaction. When I placed an order, the room service staff seemed unable to identify my room number, leading them to deliver my order to the wrong room. It took multiple follow-ups and around 1 hour and 30 minutes before I finally received my food. In addition to that o had to pay an extra delivery charge added to the bill, which I’ve never encountered at other hotels
