We would like to thank the Westin for a beautiful stay in the luxurious room for our Anniversary with an upgrade at a discounted rate. The hotel is very clean, well set up, and staff are extremely nice and helpful. Close to Parliament Hill, seen from room and across the street from Winterlude. The brunch at their restaurant is absolutely great with good service. Would recommend to friends and family any time and will be returning for future celebrations.

Liked: We had a great 3 nights at the Westin. Superb location right between the Parliament and Byward Market. Comfortable, large rooms. Loved having direct access to the mall straight from the hotel.

Disliked: Not Westin's fault, but parking was difficult during Ironman weekend.

Liked: Location, view, cleanliness, security, and the staff was super accommodating when we had special requests at the last minute.
Disliked: Pillows are too soft. I like more support.

Elevator noise

Liked: Don't stay here. The elevator machinery constantly made so much noise we could not sleep at all. The hotel was fully booked because of a special event and we could not change rooms.
