Disliked: We had several issues. We had reservations for 2 double rooms and requested that the rooms be close. We had one double room, but one king size handicap accessible room. We went back down to advise that we needed a double bed room. We were assigned a room and went back up, however the key didn’t work. We went back down and I while waiting, I asked what floor the pool was on. He said that they shut down their pool 1 month ago. We weren’t notified of this. We stayed here for the reason of a nice pool for my son’s 3rd birthday. So, then we had to go upstairs get all of our stuff. All in all we ended up not staying at this hotel and found a hotel who had a pool so my 3 year old could enjoy his birthday.

Liked: The convenience of being able to be in the same building as the salsa congress and just going downstairs at any time of the day or night. Feeling safe.
Disliked: Everything was fantastic!!!

Liked: The property is absolutely gorgeous and it is situated in an ideal location next to the airport. The rooms are spacious, clean, updated daily, and very upscale/advanced. Definitely work the buck your paying for. There is a Starbucks downstairs and a beautiful gift shop. The restaurant serves a breakfast buffet for about 20 bucks and it's absolutely delicious! Anything you order can be charged to your room and they allow you to take your drinks upstairs. Very clean facility and beautiful ballrooms! I really enjoyed my first trip to Illinois especially attending the dance event I was in on property. It was a wonderful location to host this event and I cannot wait to return.

I enjoyed my stay so...

Liked: I loved my clean and spacious king room! I didn’t want to leave. I liked that my room wasn’t crowded with furniture. Very simple interior but had everything I needed; a little work space, big sofa, fridge, and the bathroom had great compartment for shoes and clothes. They have a great restaurant that offers unique and tasty food and service was always wonderful and fast.
Disliked: I wish their gift shop carried a little bit more stuff like yogurt and fresh fruits for healthy snacks.

Liked: I love the ambiance of this hotel! It’s chic and classy and clean! It’s also awesome that there is a shuttle to and from ohare as well as parking!
