Got to NYC a little early. Hotel staff was very accommodating. Clean room; friendly staff.

Great location but standards need...

Liked: Location being very close to Grand Central Station and an array of restaurants.
Disliked: Unusual for us but we had to ask several times for room amenities to be provided. The small bar fridge was so iced up we could not even close the door so it ran continuously. When replaced it was if they were doing us a favour and a Tip was expected.

Disliked: I did not like the wait for the elevators.I did not like that there were no refrigerators in the room.I do not like that there were no microwaves in the room.

Liked: It is a great property. Comfortable rooms and super nice staff. Summit building is a short walk away.
