Like staying at home

Liked: Well-kept hotel, great staff. Perfect room and bathroom. Stayed for 5 days and have no complaints. A special thanks to Lee at the front door, this guy needs a raise, greeted us like long lost relatives and was a wealth of information about restaurants and the city.

Great service and location -...

Liked: Great service, location and onsite facilities including gym and swimming pool.The food is fantastic including room service and the staff are attentive and polite. I had a great stay with a beautiful room overlooking the harbour. The beds are super soft resulting in a great nights sleep. Exceptional all round.
Disliked: Breakfast was not included.

Comfy beds, prime location

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff, they gave us a room with a view of the harbor and came to our aide when we were having issues with the shower. Also enjoyed the comfy beds and pillows, air conditioning was working well, great location.
