Great stay overall. I felt like royalty - the door was opened for us every day when leaving the property. Jesse, who checked us in, was great! Very informative and friendly. Room had some minor maintenance issues. But overall, great place to stay!

Liked: Jesse provided great service; view was amazing; room was clean.
Disliked: Front entrance; view needs some TLC.

Was good except for maid...

Disliked: Out off all the times I stayed at the Westin and other hotels. I have never had the maids to come into my room , like what happened at the Westin in new Orleans 8:30 am before check out several times for no reason when checkout was around or about 11am. She also left a note saying something about checking the wifi when I didn't need the hotels wifi because I had brought my own. Makes for an interesting ordeal
