Great stay overall. I felt like royalty - the door was opened for us every day when leaving the property. Jesse, who checked us in, was great! Very informative and friendly. Room had some minor maintenance issues. But overall, great place to stay!

Disliked: Front entrance; view needs some TLC.

Liked: The location is great!! Walking distance to / from Bourbon Street / French Quarter / Riverwalk / Casino!!! The lobby is beautiful with a beautiful view of the Mississippi River. Staff was very accommodating at check in.
Disliked: The room was dated. The tub seemed as if it was painted over and the finish was breaking down and looked dirty. The carpet was soiled and unvacuumed ... there was a contact lens on the floor. The bedding was tattered & shredded. The lighting was

Comfortable and beautiful hotel, but...

Liked: The hotel overall was nice. Staff were pleasant, very helpful, and handled any requests promptly. The bed was comfortable, and I was happy with the size of the TV and the overall size and layout of the room.
Disliked: The cleanliness of the bathroom was an issue. I could tell it hadn't been swept properly and the shower needed some TLC. Overall, it was still decent. I judge the cleanliness of the room by how well the bathroom is cleaned. So, if the bathroom isn't above board, I know the rest of the room probably isn't the cleanest. Also, there were noisy kids running through the hallway at 4 A.M. As a mom I quickly handled it, but I think a quiet hours policy should be enforced.
