Liked: Bring the pool back and add parking
Disliked: The elevators smelled brought to staff attention several times.

Poor

Liked: The location was nice.....a little congested but was to be expected.
Disliked: Didn't like the parking options. Could have been explained that parking would cost every time you leave. Also had a discrepancy with my initial reservation. I was under the impression that I had booked a room with a sofa (pull out).....and when inquiring about it....I was kind of brushed off as to trying to accommodate or explain a reason as to why.

Liked: The location and size of the room.
Disliked: The were full of holes and since it was at night when I discovered it they said it was nothing the y could do. It was in excusable to have to use bedding with holes for 260.00 for the night

It served my family’s needs.

Liked: The location and service was awesome.
Disliked: The picture displayed a pool, however there was no pool. The toilet height was not made for a 6”3’ male with challenged knees. The cost of parking was higher than the published rated on the website.

Our holiday stay was pleasant...

Liked: Location was convenient and presentable.
Disliked: No microwave in room

Disappointing

Liked: I like the cleanliness of the property
Disliked: The fact that I wasn’t told that parking was so expensive and it was very misleading.
