We would go again, but...

Liked: Bed was amazing. Cleanliness. Bath facilities were great.
Disliked: Electric outlets weren’t assessable. Phones, tablets, etc were on the floor to charge. We missed having a refrigerator. Lightbulbs were out, but they were fixed after we called.

Liked: My kids were really bummed out that the rooftop pool wasn't open. The indoor pool was also too cold to use.
Disliked: Every other area hotel had their pool open --- it was a disappointment.

It’s frustrating to not be...

Liked: I called the front desk twice for two issues. The woman who answered had a Hispanic accent. I know my question to see a preview of my bill was not understood as a maintenance person was sent to my room. The other question was answered with a negative reply. I am not sure my request was understood. The check in process was handled very well.
