Liked: The staff were very kind and helpful, it was clean and just as described.
Disliked: The pool was closed multiple times while we were there for private parties with that being the main reason we booked there to use the outdoor pool

Liked: The location was great. Hotel had a good feel about it.
Disliked: The rooms were noisy. Could hear people in the passage. The restaurant would not make French fries with our burgers. Reception staff were not fluent in English.We have been trying to get hold of the hotel since our stay and everything is automated, and there has been no reply to our emails.My husband left his wedding band in the room, and we are trying to get it back.

Gem off the beaten path

Liked: New modern facility. Comfortable and well appointed rooms. Off the beaten path from the other Broadway hotels.
Disliked: Staff could’ve been a little more welcoming.

great honeymoon destinitstiln!

Liked: it was walking distance to all the attractions- Broadway, the Bridgestone Arena and, if your a guitarist- Gibson Garage?
Disliked: the Valet was a bit costly at 60 bucks a night but most parking throughout the city is about 30 bucks in itself

Nice stay

Liked: The hotel was very nice. It is updated and big. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The plug in the side of the middle nightstand did not work, but it did on the other side.
