Superb

Liked: Clean. Elegant feel. Helpful staffIndoor pool and hot tub were very nice. The fitness center was very nice as well.
Disliked: Upon arrival, we were told they did not have a 'standard queen' room, as we had reserved. We were given a queen handicap accessible room instead. It was clean and adequate for our stay. However, the shower being wheelchair accessable was different than what we were used to.

Comfortable, but not hassle-free.

Liked: Location was in close proximity to my final destination.
Disliked: Although breakfast was paid for during my booking, the hotel said it was not. It was a hassle to get them to finally confirm I had already paid for breakfast and not charge me an additional $40.

Excellence is Intentional

Liked: Krystal, Angelica , Fahad, Vivek Missy, Sophia, Seiko and Garfield...when a guest can call your staff by name...they were EXTRAORDINARY...I became a member during my stay.
Disliked: I was in the hot tub and a woman with three kids under 10 got in. One was still in diapers. I told her that the rules prohibited this but she ignored me. I left. Seiko was working with a family getting them checked in so I told the staff member at the take out stand. He could barely be bothered and said to tell Seiko when he finished checking the family in. Really?

The stay was disappointing due...

Liked: The property had a convenient location and a welcoming lobby that gave a good first impression.
Disliked: I stayed in the Executive Room (room 705) at the Westin and was disappointed with the overall cleanliness and quality, especially given the price point. When I first entered the room, the bedsheets were extremely wrinkled—as if they had just come out of the washing machine—and the pillowcases looked worn and old.1st cleaning day: The room appeared only partially cleaned. The sheets had not been changed, dirty towels were left on top of the TV dresser, and used glasses were still in the room. Additionally, I was surprised to find that there was no microwave, which I expected in an executive-level room.Unfortunately, the experience did not meet the standards I associate with the Westin brand and did not feel worth the cost.

Nice staff, dirty and broken...

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: This place was a mess. The indoor pool was outrageously crowded with no chairs. The water splashed out of the pool (which was a lot) covered the floor the whole time making it extremely dangerous. My kids found screws all in the water and on the ground. There were multiple kids in the hot tub even though the rule is 16 and over. They were doing cannonballs and splashing everyone trying to enjoy the hot tub. The gym was filthy. Broken ceiling tiles, screeching and wobbly machines. Smelled like sewage. Water cooler was bone dry. The room itself was okay. It was just dated and dark. While the staff was pleasant, the other guests were not kind. They were obnoxiously loud and not respectful using facilities. I did not feel comfortable leaving any personal belongings unattended because there were so many groups of un-parented teenagers around. I would never stay here again.
