Liked: Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Many services tailored towards guest convenience. Towel service was very useful as well as the many free water stations throughout the pool areas.
Disliked: Many many crickets in the room. I killed around 6-7 crickets only in the first night. The corner of our bedroom next to the bed had 2 dead crickets upon our arrival, which made us pretty uncomfortable for the rest of our stay and especially with leaving our belongings near the floor. Parking being an additional nightly charge was also very unusual, considering the fact that it is very limited and there is a great chance you will have to park pretty far from your room (if there are spots even available).

Liked: The space and the suite layout was exactly what we were looking for.
Disliked: The hotel arranged for us to stay on the second floor but it doesn’t have an elevator for us to carry our luggage up. Stay away from even number rooms.
