The massive storm was fun,...

Liked: It’s a great location and super close to the start of the USA TRIATHLON national championships. I stayed at the Westin in 2023 also
Disliked: When I tried to check in, it declined my credit card. I called the bank. Everything was fine with my card. There was no restrictions no blocks. We tried it again. Their system still declined it. I borrowed a friend card and although it did not take any quantity of money out of her card, it blocked her card from being used since it was a deposit. I don’t understand that situation at all, it’s very confusing, especially since my form of payment was perfectly fine. This came at the end of traveling all the way from Hawaii, which takes quite a few hours and no sleep.

Disappointed and will stay elsewhere...

Liked: Location good for event we had on lakefront.Bed was comfortableMost staff we interacted with (front desk or restaurant) were nice enough.
Disliked: Housekeeping was the worst I have ever encountered and we travel a lot. First duvet was torn and stained (only noticed because I had to make the bed - housekeeping did not). Asked for a replacement. Next one was torn also. Didn’t change towels. Didn’t clean glasses. Not sure what they did - for the Westin and price we paid it wasn’t really acceptable. Plus price dropped over $300 the day after we booked! Valet also pricey, but the guys were very quick and helpful: We were advised by a few people not to park in the lot across the street due to break ins - you could if you were ok with the risk.
