Disliked: I stayed in room 604 i didn't even get in my room until after 10 pm because it wasn't ready. This after driving four hours and watching the grizzlies game still haD TO WAIT ON M,Y ROOM WHICH THEY DID NOT HAVE READY SO THETY OFFERED A UPGRFADE WHERE I TOOK THREE DRINKS FROM THE COOLER IN ROOM AND PAID AOVER $200 FOR ON TOP OF MY ROOM. SUPPOSEDE TO BE GIVING ME POINTS TO MAKE UP FOR IT BUT HAVE NOT SEEN ANYTHING YET.
