Unexpected kindness!

Liked: The kind staff who were quick to help me with some unfortunate and unforeseen circumstances. They really looked after me and it was very endearing.

Perfect Stay for the weekend.

Liked: We booked a couple of nights for my daughters birthday celebrations and to see the stage show Beetlejuice. We loved the Westin. The location is perfect. The staff are kind, professional & helpful. Our room was absolutely divine! The beds were super comfortable, the room & bathroom were so clean. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was exceptional. I highly recommend when visiting Melbourne to stay at the Westin.
Disliked: There was absolutely nothing I did not like about this hotel. I will only stay at the Westin whenever I visit Melbourne now.

Best location and new fave...

Liked: Fantastic location. Friendly service. Delicious buffet breakfast. Extremely comfortable beds with very soft doona. Really good gym and pool facilities. This is going to be our new go to hotel for when we’re staying in Melbourne.
