Not only do they not offer breakfast any more, but they have also removed the microwaves from the rooms. So the hotel that has 10 floors or more, has one little microwave for your use. The mirrors were dirty and I had water left in my ice bucket from the previous guest. The bed was hard, far from the heavenly bed I slept in at The Westin in Florida.

Disappointing

Liked: Ice machine across room. Accommodating staff. Clean hotel. Ample parking. Nice location.
Disliked: Ordered 2 Breakfast served to room missing the fruits. Pancakes burnt. Had to call. They delivered but just a small cup of assorted sliced fruits was given. No microwave in room. Had to go to lobby from 8th floor. Woken up early everyday due to noise from labor union strike against hotel.

Disliked: Rooms with stain on carpets, strike of Housekeeping personnel. Room cleaned only 1 time during 3 nights stay (had to literally scream at Reception to have it cleaned). "Double beds" like a mere single bed... Ac noisy, Room need a refurbishment.Asked for tea & coffee to express service... still waited for 2 hours to receive tea & coffee in a... garbage bag!Was charged Valet Parking despite informing Reception on check in that self parking would be utilized.

Liked: The pool area was not what I expected for as much as I paid. Not enough shad or lounger and there were no towels for us to use until after we were there for an hour. It was not very well attended to. Our room was nice and comfy, along with the bed. Location great as far as walking distance to beach, downtown and such. Bartender super nice.
Disliked: The only thing that was not great was that we were woken up at 7 am by a loud bullhorn, banging drums and some kind of symbols due the workers going on strike. Not great since we needed the rest and we were on the side that could hear all of the noise. Not a usual thing though, but not cool that the staff on strike chose to penalize the guests to get what they want.
