Not only do they not offer breakfast any more, but they have also removed the microwaves from the rooms. So the hotel that has 10 floors or more, has one little microwave for your use. The mirrors were dirty and I had water left in my ice bucket from the previous guest. The bed was hard, far from the heavenly bed I slept in at The Westin in Florida.
Liked: The view.
Disliked: Front desk service.

Liked: Staff, location, and lobby area
Disliked: Room had very dirty/stained carpet and the shower was not stocked with body wash. Informed staff at checkout and as a courtesy refunded the $40 parking cost from our final bill.

I would have expected more...
Liked: The staff was excellent, extremal helpful and polite.
Disliked: Room had multiple issues, clogged drain, little to no hot water, poor ventilation, dirty floors with stains in the floor, No working ice machines across 5 different floors.
