Bad
Liked: I would like a member of staff to call me and offer some sort of compensation or discount on a stay in the future, as I spoke with the manager on the day of our stay to tell them how disappointed I was with the overall stay and it didn’t get resolved and I have paid full price which I am not happy with at all Jack Bottomley

Would stay again but avoid...
Liked: Hotel staff are friendly, helpful and go above and beyond.
Disliked: The restaurant was very disappointing. We stayed the night before the London Marathon and they had a special pasta buffet for runners. This cost £26. We arrived at our planned time at 7 pm. We had to wait for a table and when sat realised the pasta had run out! After over an hour, the chefs had rustled up some cheap fusilli and penne with tomato source. No apologies and lots of very annoyed customers. A disaster of planning!

Perfect
Liked: Hotel employees are well-trained and customer-oriented. In the late evening, I called reception and asked for immediate ironing service. Despite the fact that it was late, the hotel staff did their best to resolve my situation. That is a sign of advanced training and flawless hospitality principles. The breakfast was delicious. I truly enjoyed my hotel stay. Many thanks. You are the finest hotel staff I've ever seen.

Smart city luxury hotel.
Liked: Well located and good facilities
Disliked: Need to correctly label and provide gluten- free choices more consistently and widely than currently on offer, especially if charging a premium for the executive lounge.
