Disliked: Double beds were small (full size).Also hard and uncomfortable. Woke up with neck and back pain.Rooms are overpriced, carpet was dirtyInside bathroom door handle was brokenOur room was next to elevator which was trash

Liked: We loved the atmosphere, the location. The staff was great and polite and very friendly. They took a minute or two and talked with guests and gave recommendations of places to see or visit and places to eat. It is a great place to just get away for a few days.
Disliked: There was nothing really we didn't like. We were pleased with everything.

There was a shooting hotel

Very good

Disliked: The only negative was the shooting between the two young punks accross the street at union station. We were going to stay another night but since everything closed down we decided to leave. Thank you for letting us out of our reservation with no cancellation
