Liked: It was fine, clean, quiet, respectful staff, helpful. Comfortable and clean room, good beds and linens.

Liked: Timmy did not have a reservation according to the Westin. We were charged for this room from booking when the Westin said they had no reservation and had to put another room on our corporate card.
