Liked: The courtesy of the staff was exceptional. Being met with a bottle of water while checking in was unexpected and appreciated. Cleanliness of the room was impeccable. The food and drinks in the restaurant were excellent-particularly the tomato basil soup!
Disliked: Our room key did not work to exit the garage for in and out access, but our expense for exiting was covered on checkout.

Disliked: The room smelled terribly TERRIBLE! Not Westin quality. ROOMS STINK!(Seriously, search "smell" or "odor" in the reviews and you'll see🙈)Avoid this location. If you're looking to stay in Memorial City, go to hotel Zaza for a much better experience at a similar price point.The rooms feel like decorated hospital rooms. They're very drab and ugly. It's very apparent that they rushed a renovation of an old building. The finish work is awful. The tiles are tough and unfinished. The showers are poorly done.The rooms have a REALLY STRONG ODOR of an Indian family. The floors were not vacuumed and still had hair on the floor.The location is fine as it's next to the mall.  Self Parking is 26 dollars.

Excellent location and accommodations!

Liked: Loved the easy access via skybridge to mall. Room was so comfortable and had everything we needed. Very clean. Staff answered questions and I could tell really wanted to help or provide solutions. We also lived the rooftop pool. This will be our go-to hotel in Houston!!
Disliked: No complaints!
