Not bad, but there are...

Liked: The room is spacious and clean. The staff are nice. There is a starbucks in the hotel.
Disliked: The value for money. Housekeeping is an additional cost. My card was used to confirm the booking and the amount held was only returned to me after more than a month. There is no free wifi and wifi packages are expensive. It was mentioned that you can get free wifi if you are members, they asked for my email and registered it and mentioned I will receive an email to continue registeration and I never received an email, went back next day and told them I did not get any email and they said sometimes it takes longer but there was no solution offered. I received the email only after my stay. Overall the value for money was the issue to me.

Bride's difficult stay but elegant...

Liked: Beautiful elegant hotel close to Memorial city mall, enclosed walkway to mall, Starbucks on third floor, spacious rooms, breakfast was plentiful and very delicious!
Disliked: Being a bride, I had to keep my hair dry for the hairdresser, but the shower head was located directly over my head so I switched to the handheld shower head and the angle would have wet my hair. There was no place to put it so it wouldn't wet my hair. It was definitely a struggle. Even just turning the water on requires you are physically under the shower head. No steam iron, no hooks to put my wedding dress or the bridesmaids dresses that didn't drag onto the floor. There are no rooms that have high hooks for special occasion dresses. Asked if they have a bridal suite or any rooms with high hooks but not available. You would think a place that holds so many special occasions, this would be a standard item in the rooms.
