Not worth the price.

Liked: Situated in impressive landmark building. Very friendly and helpful concierge. Modern rooms.
Disliked: Not delivering the promised and expected standard on most levels (especially considering room rates for Premium rooms in excess of EUR 800). Very long waiting times at reception (+30 Minutes). Staff at reception overworked and unfriendly. Impractical access to Hotel and elevators. Climate control in rooms not adjustable. Rooms not properly cleaned and serviced (chocolate crumbs in closet; soap tanks empty, very low overhead shower water pressure.) Traveled with friends and booked several rooms, some were only ready for check in at 6:00pm (but late check out after 3 nights not even accepted for one extra hour). No replies on service phone line for in-room enquires. No in room Minibar (Fridge empty and guests requested to order via in-room service - which is however not responding). Very poor and unstable internet access.

A very elegant and comfortable...

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful . The room was very comfortable and clean, and the view was very good. The man at checkout, from Venice, was especially friendly and helpful. The restaurant and the breakfast were elegant and food was plentiful.
Disliked: I liked everything.
