Great, enjoyable place to stay...

Liked: Location, rooms and friendliness of the staff are superb. Also the food is very good quality. The Lobby is a nice area to enjoy a drink, as well as enjoying a meal.

Beautiful hotel, centrally located but...

Liked: Location
Disliked: The noise, we were given room adjacent to stairs with marble tile flooring where there was a store room. From about 6am onwards after first night housekeeper staff and others were wheeling trollies over floor, with a clicking noise from the tiles as the castors went from one tile to another, this woke us. We asked to be moved, and we were, only for worker to be fixing/drilling in room beside us the next morning. On that second morning we were already awake from what can only be described as large metal sheets being dropped, this went on from about 7.30am for about an hour.

Comfortable stay

Liked: Staff is very helpful. They solved a problem I encountered quickly. The facilities in the hotel are good. Rooms are comfortable. Breakfast is good. The location is amazing.
Disliked: There was a loud sound of water caused by rain hitting some type of roof, which woke me up at 3 a.m. Perhaps improvements could be made to prevent this kind of situation.
