Amazing stay

Liked: I was lucky enough to be upgraded and the suite was just amazing - the atmosphere was matching the theme of the room yet it was so comfortable and functional: the bed, the wifi and the plugs incl USB C plugs to charge all equipment. Staff was very nice and very efficient (best I have seen in hotels in Berlin). Loved the initiatives to protect the environment and the quality breakfast buffet. The bar is a gem with excellent cocktails.

Not value for money but...

Liked: Location, location, location
Disliked: Looks like not 5* but 4*, no pool, sauna for fee. Breakfast not amazing at all. No coffee from beans - only instant Jacob’s machinesThey blocked money on my card on check in and ask to pay at check out. So you need x2 money on card to afford this hotel. Very old-fashion style

Extremely comfortable stay - great...

Liked: Room was a very good size, with a large and comfortable bed, and we were upgraded on check in to a garden facing room. The bathroom was also a good size with very hot water. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.
Disliked: When checking under the bed on leaving, we noticed that some previous guests had left some baby related items. The face flannels in the bathroom were taken and not replaced, and on one day the tissues in the room were not replenished.

Would definitely recommend. Love it.

Liked: Breakfast was fabulous, great selection. Room cleaner was amazing. Loved him.Bar area was very relaxed and comfortable.
Disliked: Bar staff could be a little more engaging
