Disliked: 2- 3 signs absolutely need to be added indicating where the HOTEL parking is, when one enters the garage - we wasted about 20 minutes first parking in "patient parking" and then having to get the parking attendant physically show us where the HOTEL lot was - The first signs with arrows only say "patient parking", no indication of the hotel lot - a total pain in the neck !!

Disliked: The TV did not work when I arrived. The alarm went off at 6 am, the sink was faucet was stuck. There are no shelves for clothes.
