Liked: Very good breakfast, great Club lounge and excellent locationHousekeeping has room for improvement but overall nice Hotel.
Disliked: I have been going to this Hotel every year for the last 30 years and yet NO recognitionOf a Welcome back… very disappointing.

Liked: Absolutely nothing.
Disliked: Worst hotel I have ever tried to stay at. They must pay for good reviews to have the four-star status, or do something else fraudulently to obtain and keep it. This place is horrendous.

Liked: Awesome location and staff were very professional. Room was very clean and decorated perfectly. Plus, hotel connected to Galleria Mall.

Liked: The comfort I felt when I first came and and being on the premises overnight
Disliked: it was a great stay overall though I would go again and stay longer but the hotel should be upfront about their hold fee.
