Dissapointing

Liked: Beach location
Disliked: Hot water was not working in the room. Was given a room next to the elevator. Super noisy. Pool only operates until 7 and its very small for the two towers. Parking is 60$ a day .

I don't think I was...

Liked: The breakfast was great 10/10..The location was great as well 10/10
Disliked: Didn't like the fact that I booked a room with the balcony and their was none. Didn't like the fact that I didn't receive any service until late in the evening. I called the front office for room service after 4pm. Waiting for about 45 minutes and still no service. I went downstairs and ask if my room was gonna get serviced today. Someone finally came.
