I guess I should have read the fine print. Extra charge for parking - well OK. Extra charge for WiFi too? Really? And extra charge for a local call? Wow. Not happy. Then the final straw was no hot water to shower in the morning. But they were nice enough to not charge us for the local call we had made and decided to not charge us for parking, So that we didn't have a poor experience.

Disliked: Paid a mint for parking and then it was full. Location is showing its age. Easy walking distance to my work location and many restaurants but downtown Edmonton is sketchy. Next time I’ll stay elsewhere and pay to drive downtown and park. Workout facilities and pool are not up to Westin standard
