We stayed overnight on a Saturday for the Eagles concert. Excellent service checking in, at the valet and through room service. The late night menu was very slow (took 2 hours when we expected 30 minutes and I had to call twice). But other than that it was wonderful. We will definitely go back!

Liked: Beautiful rooms; great views; food was great.
Disliked: Room service was slow late night.

Liked: I WAS HAPPY WE HAD A ROOM UPGRADE SO MY RATING IS BASED ON THAT EXPERIENCE
Disliked: IT WAS JANUARY FIRST WHEN WE HAD TO WAIT ONE HOUR FOR OUR BREAKFAST TO BE SERVED. WE WERE SEATED AT THE BREAKFAST TABLE AND FOOD WAS ACTUALLY SERVED ONE HOUR AFTERWARDS
