Disappointing

Liked: The bed was comfy
Disliked: The shower didn’t work, the tub kept flooding with the water. The a/c didn’t want to work and the toilet had a mark on the rim it looked gross.

Disliked: Customer service!!!Booked through a third party site. Had to request a date change and spoke with the front desk who assured me that I would not be charged any penalty fees. Third party site called and emailed them multiple times to confirm request to no avail. Mind you I still paid for re/booking and paying for the date change request penalty fee which consisted of paying for one whole night of which I did not stay for.
