This Westin is a lovely...

Liked: I loved having Starbucks in the room!Love the bed and pillows!Loved the rooftop setting.
Disliked: The door to the cabinet where the refrigerator was, was falling off the hinges - housekeeping should have caught that.Couldn't stand the fragrance of the shampoo and body wash. I'm allergic and sensitive to fragrances. I couldn't use it, but when my spouse did, we had to find a way to difuse the fragrance.

Fine, but not a place...

Liked: It was clean and the room was set up well. The lobby is pretty and the people were nice.
Disliked: The pool felt dangerous and looked dirty. Bathroom sink was very slow to drain. Airplanes right over head were loud for the whole stay. You have to pay for parking any time you come and go.

Comfortable, shower/tub needs attention, but...

Liked: The front desk staff was kind, the environment was clean and well decorated.
Disliked: The shower needs attention, the plug has an issue, it kept filling up with water despite my efforts to make sure the drain was fully open. That was my only issue.
