Disliked: When we booked, it said parking was free and it wasn't. It was very expensive (around $50 per day) but luckily we found free parking about a block away, but that was inconvenient. Also, the staff on day one was not informative and couldn't seem to help leaving us confused upon registration. The wifi kept blocking us out or hardly ever worked.

Disliked: I had already purchased and paid for breakfast for my entire family however I was forced to pay additional $10 per person each morning at the hotel. I chose this hotel just because of the offer for including breakfast for my family in my package and have a peace in mind, but that was not the case and they double charged us again in the hotel.
