The Westin Copley Place Boston

Liked: Great hotel. Local to the city. You can travel through the mall to get to where you need to go. The hotel is very clean and well worth the money spent.
Disliked: Parking is minimal. They directed me to a close by parking garage. It turned out to be cheaper in the long run.

Liked: It is very conveniently located within the city center and adjacent to a very big shopping mall. Also, the Manager was very helpful when I approached for an issue I had.
Disliked: The rooms are under-lit and this made it difficult for me to get dressed etc

Liked: It was Boston Marathon Weekend and the Westin was full to the brim but our room was QUIET and very comfortable. Staff was excellent. Thank you!

Liked: The location was fantastic! Easy to get everything! The room was comfortable and clean. No complaint on the bathroom either.
Disliked: The breakfast in the hotel was average. Also, my waitress disappeared a lot, it's really hard to ask for something. It was a Thursday morning passed 9:00, the restaurant wasn't that busy at all. At the end of our meal, I needed a paper cup for my coffee, waited for long time and still couldn't see our waitress so that I had to walk up to the bar to ask for it. Thanks to the bartender who was very nice and helpful.
