Liked: Great hotel. Local to the city. You can travel through the mall to get to where you need to go. The hotel is very clean and well worth the money spent.
Disliked: Parking is minimal. They directed me to a close by parking garage. It turned out to be cheaper in the long run.

Stayed for leisure. Great location....

Liked: Daymyan (concierge) was very helpful and friendly.The Starbucks was GREAT! Staff very efficient!

4-star luxury in the middle...

Liked: It checks all the boxes that you would expect at a 4-star Westin property. Overnight partking was free. They try to provide freebies to cover the $35 resort fee.
Disliked: Price. It could have been a little cheaper.

Will never go back

Liked: Very expensive for what it is; outdated deco, 3-star comfort and not as clean as one would expect. Also, everything comes at an extra charge: internet, parking, and exorbitant room service prices.

Overpriced but decent

Liked: Location is amazing. People were nice.
Disliked: The price! Its soooo expensive! The parking, the room, the room service being delivered in paper bags? And being charged a service fee? For what? Someone to hand you a bag? Ridiculous! For that reason alone I wont stay there again because I LOVE room svc.

Loved this hotel, would definitely...

Liked: Loved that this property was located right next to the prudential building, and within walking distance to Boston commons park. The entire building was extremely clean and the staff was incredibly friendly, no matter who/what time of day we were approached with happy and accommodating employees.
Disliked: My only ONLY thing I did not like was that the bathroom doors were barn door with latch, and there was a gap in the center where someone could easily look into the bathroom… not great being a mom and you have a bunch of boys with you!
