The hotel was so nice. The bellboys were helpful and considerate. I would stay here over and over again!
Liked: Our room was beautiful and all the workers were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Nothing.

The Westin Cleveland was awesome! Celebrated our 10th Anniversary and were treated to some extras including a nice bottle of wine and a fruit basket. Super friendly staff that helped us in getting around downtown. Would definitely stay there again!

Exceptional
Liked: Really great staff. I didn’t catch his name, but he worked in the mornings and called everyone “my friend” and addressed everyone who came through the lobby telling them to have a good day, good weekend, etc. He was just a gem! The room was beautiful, clean, and had just enough space for me to spread out.

Dangerous
Disliked: While the stay started well, the final night was a nightmare. After 11 p.m., disruptive guests in an adjoining room caused significant disturbance. They pushed on the connecting door, attempted to enter our room, and retaliated with loud music when we reported them. Repeated calls to reception failed, and the security response was dismissive and ineffective. We felt unsafe and couldn’t sleep until we were finally moved to another room around 3 a.m.I reported this serious matter to the hotel manager, who dismissed it and redirected me to Booking.com. Unfortunately, I’ve encountered similar situations before and know that Booking.com often deflects responsibility to hotels so there is no reason to waste my time now and fail for a compensation in a cultured and common way because it always ends in 0$ refund. However, as the booking platform profiting from these stays, you share accountability for guest experiences just fyi. I am requesting a refund for the last night due to the stress and danger we endured. Please address this matter promptly.

Not happy
Disliked: I did NOT like that "Parking on site" was $50 extra with no prior disclosure. Waitress at breakfast advised RnR HOF was closed + confirmed by front desk - HOF was actually open.

Disliked: The staff was completely rude and disrespectful. Our bathroom was not cleaned… no fresh towels, someone else’s toiletries were in our shower
