The hotel was so nice. The bellboys were helpful and considerate. I would stay here over and over again!

Liked: Our room was beautiful and all the workers were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Nothing.

The Westin Cleveland was awesome! Celebrated our 10th Anniversary and were treated to some extras including a nice bottle of wine and a fruit basket. Super friendly staff that helped us in getting around downtown. Would definitely stay there again!

Very good

Liked: Great location and very friendly staff.
Disliked: It seemed like housekeeping didn't quite finish room prior to our check-in with no hand soap, and only one wash cloth supplied for 2 adults staying 3 nights. We were given more wash clothes upon request.

Overall great stay

Liked: Location. Food, drinks, entertainment, museums, and ball park all within walking distance. Easy drive to the airport.
Disliked: Plenty of towels on daily room service but no wash clothes.

Wonderful

Liked: Wonderful hotel but we were only overnight. Location was perfect for restaurants and the stadium. We had a great time. My grandma passed away in the Cleveland clinic fire 1929 so very sentimental trip as well.

Disliked: That you double charged me I paid through booking.com and then you charged me again so instead of paying 351 for my room I ended out being charged 700 for my room after telling the check out clerk and calling still got double charged
