This hotel had everything. Great...

Liked: The room was clean, and felt very safe. The pool had a lap lane! The staff was all extremely friendly and helpful. The front desk people were great. The new woman working at the bar was great at her job. She was very attentive, and efficient. The woman hosting was awesome as well. Made me feel right at home. The food was great. As a woman traveling alone, these things all made me feel safe. If I had a problem, I knew I could go to any of them for help.
Disliked: nothing

Peaceful escape!

Liked: Beautiful location. Great room. Helpful staff. Parking was included. Easy check in! Available carts.
Disliked: Room faced the parking lot. Inability to check in early.

Liked: I loved how clean our room was, the beds and pillows were great, with different firmness options for pillows. Nice shower!
Disliked: I was a little nervous about the elevator and getting stuck in it. And then I realized it was glass 😂 It was comical and I got to my floor just fine.

Liked: I enjoyed the bar and the food at the restaurant was amazing, though expensive.
Disliked: The bathroom had rust stains, small marks on the bottom of the tub, etc., that made it feel like a 3-star hotel--the register in the shower was rusted and that, again, felt very off-brand. Additionally, there was a party/wedding that lasted both days we were there, and the echoing from he conference hall in which it was held was absurd...until 10:37 PM. This usually wouldn't have been an issue, but we had to be up very early the next morning.
