It was decent.

Liked: The room was nice.
Disliked: I could hear people in the restaurant and bar from my room. It was difficult to sleep due to the noise.

Disliked: the pool and amenities being thru healthcluv is lacking for families during summertime. A westin property that does so many events should invest in new outdoor modern pool area

Disliked: The fact that housekeeping did not clean out our fridge before our stay it had and old guests food in there. And we were told that they would have a crib up to our room asap and that never came after about 2 calls they said they didnt have any so thats frustrating

Liked: Convenient, clean.
Disliked: The air conditioning on a very hot day /evening was totally ineffective. Room was stuffy, hot and we were unable to sleep. Additionally, noise from adjoining room was excessive and intolerable.

Disliked: Climate controls a little challenging because of the heat

This hotel had everything. Great...

Liked: The room was clean, and felt very safe. The pool had a lap lane! The staff was all extremely friendly and helpful. The front desk people were great. The new woman working at the bar was great at her job. She was very attentive, and efficient. The woman hosting was awesome as well. Made me feel right at home. The food was great. As a woman traveling alone, these things all made me feel safe. If I had a problem, I knew I could go to any of them for help.
