Convenient location but did not meet our expectations

Disliked: The hotel did not meet its star rating expectations. It was dusty and we noticed some kind of unpleasant smell/odor. The stuffing/filling in the pillows were spread unevenly. The towels were very rough, old, rugged and some had bad smell while other had stains. The toilet paper had almost run out and was not replaced by staff although we later found a refill later in the bathroom. Otherwise the location is good and the front/lobby is nice. We were allowed to check out an hour later.
