Liked: The King Suite was spacious, robes were a nice touch and details like a warm feather duvet and aromatherapy were lovely. Staff was extremely warm and helpful as well.
Disliked: The hot tub was out of order, which was a let down, but in the big scheme of things, that wasn't a huge issue

Disliked: Took forever to be picked up by the shuttle. We arrived late in the evening. Took over an hour to be picked up and driver didn’t help with luggage. Will not stay there again because of the shuttle. The barista was also very rude. I thought I was in the right spot and he completely ignored me and waited on another couple. He could have at least directed me. Just rude….

The room was nice but...

Disliked: The individual who assisted us during check-in exhibited a discourteous demeanor and appeared unwilling to provide necessary explanations. Upon our arrival, we were informed that the deposit could be settled either during check-in or check-out. I found this assertion surprising, as it contradicted my prior understanding of standard procedures. When I sought clarification, the staff member responded with a condescending remark. He asked: "Is this your first time living in a hotel? I have to explain everything to you?"The interaction left me feeling really uncomfortable and overlooked, as I perceived the response to be both impolite and potentially discriminatory. It is disheartening when personnel at the front desk seem disinclined to address guests' inquiries, as fostering open communication is a fundamental aspect of their role. Such encounters raise questions about the effectiveness and purpose of having a front desk if guests' queries are met with dismissiveness rather than assistance. :)
