Great except for the few...
Liked: Staff were great. Room were clean and spacious.
Disliked: I asked for a room with an extra bed as I was travelling with 2 children, I got a room with 1 king bed. Bit disappointed with that. No kitchen sink to wash coffee cups had to use the bathroom sink. Under cover parking was too low for my car. I needed 2.1m. So had to find parking elsewhere.

Very enjoyable stay.
Liked: The staff were friendly and engaging and remembered names. Facilities were excellent as was the details in the room.
Disliked: The rooms were a bit hot to my liking - teams would not adjust below 19 degrees and the bedding didn’t quite suit the temperature. A wider variety of pillows is necessary for sleepers with particular needs. The ones available were either too hard or too soft.

Disliked: As a member of Marriott,I am really disappointed the after service of The Westin Brisbane.I left behind my Louis Vitton bag after I checked out at 5 Aug. And I wrote two emails at 6 Aug. and 9 Aug. , and made a phone call at 9 Aug which front desk confirmed the bag they already found and will contact me through email about the returning . But from the first day I sent the email to today ,The Westin Brisbane doesn’t feedback anything,so I made a phone call again this noon and the front desk said they didn’t find the bag. That’s really unimaginable for a Five star hotel that wholly ignores the customer request.
