Liked: Exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff at Concierge, Reception, Housekeeping and in the Charles Bar.The room was a very good size and the equipment throughout worked well. The lighting switches are a bit confusing and a written explanation in a room guide would have helped.
Disliked: The weather in Brisbane was unusually cold and the Charles bar on the ground floor was not a comfortable place to be as there were wide open doors onto the street that funelled cold air into the space. The bar staff when asked replied that they were not permitted to close the doors.The rooms we had looked onto other high rise buildings and had no view of the Brisbane River or the City itself. Good for business guests but not necessarily the best place for tourists to stay.

Liked: Breakfast was amazing so much to choose from and taste greatStaff was very friendly and helpful We also liked that breakfast went almost all morning, there was no rushing to eat by a curtain time
Disliked: Found it hard to find the restaurant for breakfast

Liked: Rooms were lovely, large bathroom with bathtub. Beds & pillows like sleeping on a cloud.
Disliked: Lacked sauna but a small point only. Everything that was there was great.
