It was amazing, the room...

Liked: The room was very nice and the bed was extremely comfortable the pillows and the amount of blanket was to my liking. I appreciated the room service everyday and the cleanliness of everything.
Disliked: The food in the lobby could’ve been better, and service better.

Liked: Staff was very friendly and helpful
Disliked: Hotel is old and has not been updated. Only 2 restaurants in the entire place. Prices were outrageous and the bathroom is very small with only showers amenities. There was a homeless man that somehow got into the hotel and made it to the 19th floor of the hotel. Security was lacking to say the least.

Liked: Nice hotel with a good location for my meetings which were only a few blocks away. The hotel rooms are laid out pie shaped which was interesting but great!

Liked: The room was great, bed comfortable, coffee excellent, toiletries good quality, towels nice (important) and room service fast and pretty good.
Disliked: I had one drink that was a bit more expensive than it should have been.
