I stayed here for a concert. I will stay at this hotel everytime we go to a concert in the Woodlands. The room was wonderful. The staff was awesome. Great job Westin! I will definitely be back. Also, the location is great.

Liked: Beautiful room; beautiful bathroom.
Disliked: Nothing disappointed me!

Disliked: Their was alarm going off in an adjacent room for about an hour. Once it ended it was perfect.

The worst Westin location I’ve...

Liked: The breakfast was very good. Orange juice was left off of my order. The server said she would bring some, and remove the charge for the juice. She was friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: My room was on the 2nd floor— the location of the club. I heard music and noise for hours.The bedside lamp switch didn’t want work, so I had to screw the lightbulb on and off with my hand.There was hair in the shower that didn’t belong to me. The toilet paper hardware came off of the wall every time I touched it.
