Liked: Great location. Hotel was super clean. We enjoyed the live music in the bar area on Friday night!

Liked: Location. Clean.
Disliked: Rude staff. Barman and Barista.

It was just fine and...

Liked: We like the location, how easy it was to town centre and good restaurants. We enjoy the access to the gym and the free coffee in the morning.
Disliked: The hotel itself was disappointing. The food at restaurant was below average - very unlike most Westin we stayed at. Rooms would need an update too.

Probably won’t stay here again....

Liked: Very convenient location
Disliked: Breakfast buffet was $25/day for myself and my son. That’s a little steep especially when you’re paying valet $34 a day. On night two we noticed a police car at the hotel once we got to our floor two doors down we noticed a chair out front one of the rooms. Come to find out, an incident occurred the night before at a garden party, I won’t get into that. Same night we kept hearing birds next door so we had to complain about that….BIRDS IN A HOTEL!! Then the following morning an ambulance was out front. It was an exciting visit to the Westin that’s all I’ll say. I hope we were the lucky ones and their not like this all the time if so their going to get a bad name fast!! If I would have known things about them prior to this trip I wouldn’t wouldn’t have booked there honestly. I need to know my family’s going to be safe.

Liked: The location was nice, staff were Friedly.
Disliked: Food and drinks were expensive. double queen room had only 1 chair, tv couldn't be viewed easily except from a bed. Valet was sub-par. My car was damaged while in their custody.
