Amazing with some caveats

Liked: Very close to the park. Smells amazing. 24 hour room service. Very good housekeeping. Good staff.
Disliked: Park view was more of a valet view. We want a specific layout we requested months ago and called again before checking in. Did not get it. Waited for 30 min to get our car from valet. For the price I’m paying the pool should stay open at least until 12.

Bad

Liked: I didn’t like anything about the property or experience from start to finish. I asked for an early check-in and they informed me I would have to pay $100 and they couldn’t waive that fee although they waved the fee for my aunt the week before. There were only towels for 1 person in the room when they were aware of how many people were booked for this room. They also didn’t supply us with house slippers which should be mandatory for a luxury stay. I called and ordered room service and the woman over the phone informed me they could not deliver room service to my room if I wasn’t there but why would I order room service and nobody is there? It made no sense. Then after I gave my debit card to the woman at the front desk she charged me for the room but couldn’t get the $150 security fee to process because my bank flagged it because it was two separate charges (to be fair I get that) so I gave my Amex to charge the temporary amount and upon checkout they charged me on my Amex, day parking, overnight parking, and valet parking when it should’ve been a standard rate of $55 for valet because I was staying in the hotel. I informed them and they fixed the issue but my stay here from start to finish was not made easier, this hotel property staff made my life horrible for the day I stayed there and I absolutely would not stay here again. I felt like I was discriminated against because of the way I looked because nobody else of a different look was treated this way. We will be celebrating my son’s 1st birthday at Disneyland and we will be absolutely not staying here under any circumstances.

Spectacular Space

Liked: As soon as we arrived, which was much earlier than checkin - they were able to get us into a room right away.
Disliked: We didn't like that the bathroom had a clear shower with an open door to the toilet so only one of us can be in the bathroom at a time.
