Liked: We did not have breakfast; our flight was very early. The duty manger personally came to the room, and knocked on the door to ensure we were awake. The wake up call was malfunctioning. Much appreciated the attention to detail.

Nice hotel, lovely staff but...

Liked: Friendly staff, comfortable room, great location
Disliked: Very very expensive for what you get with little value for money. Spent a lot of money to stay only to find out on arrival that this did not include breakfast (I didn’t feel this was made clear at the time of booking). We were really disappointed with this. We were quoted an extra charge of €35 per person for breakfast which seemed extortionate. We would have been happy to spend what we did if we felt like we got get good value for money, but we did not, so would not look to stay again.

Good location overpriced hotel.

Liked: Central location. Comfortable bed. Clean.
Disliked: Too big and busy a hotel for true hospitality. Expensive for no apparent reason. Adequate but not memorable. Every staff member was very very nice but impersonal experience overall. Certain common spaces dogeared. Our expensive 2nd floor room had a gritty view of a roof with mechanicals. Room decor fine but nothing special. Whole thing felt like a casino rather than an upscale hotel.

Liked: the location couldn’t have been better- walk to everything, Rooms are well appointed, staff is terrific, restaurants- the food is outstanding. So glad we stayed at the Westbury

Great stay!

Liked: Loved the location! But more than that, loved the staff. We inadvertently left our passports behind and Eddie and Layla went out of their way to get them to us at the airport - they were absolute life savers. Thank you!
Disliked: The AC wasn’t ideal…
