The location, staff and ambience...

Liked: The breakfast is amazing. You must partake! The flowers at reception are quite something! We stayed in two suites which were stunning. This hotel is right in the centre which makes it very convenient for everything. Our beds were very, very comfortable and the room had lots of nice touches. This is my 2nd time at this hotel and each stay has brought many happy memories.
Disliked: The hotel was extremely busy on the day we checked in and there was a slightly late checkin but we offered a round of cocktails which made up for any inconvenience. Not really a bad moment.
