Beautiful property with attention to...

Liked: Staff was very attentive to the needs of guests.

Horrible

Liked: Took funds from card without permission on occasion. Left headphones in the hotel that cost me £1000. I called and they asked me to pay a postage fee after me paying a £2300 bill.
Disliked: AVOID

Liked: The room is very tidy and comfy. The staff are all so nice.
Disliked: Upon first entrance, it could have been better if we were told that we can use the lift at the ground floor. We had a little luggage with us but wouldn't like to bother someone to help move it upstairs. Or was it for a security reason
