Clean and comfortable hotel with a dining room and bar. Outside seating too. Great location for Abba Arena and a short walk from the Stratford underground station. Friendly and helpful staff.

Liked: Location was in easy walking distance to Abba Arena. Staff are really friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Only low point was I thought the breakfast was a little expensive.

The room was large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. Lots of choices. The fruit salad was made with fresh fruit rather than canned.

Liked: I am disabled and in a wheelchair. They changed the accommodation to make it more accessible. They helped me on and off the lift. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
Disliked: None.

Won’t be coming back.

Disliked: Totally overpriced even for London. Would have just about been average if breakfast was included. Room was too dark and lights didn’t seem to correspond to switches.

Would definitely recommend this hotel within walking distance of ABBA Arena and Westfield shopping centre. Excellent customer service and a nice relaxing breakfast.

Liked: Room 404 perfect for sitting on the roof top for coffee in the morning with the sunshine.

We arrived earlier than our 3p.m. check in because we had to be at the Abba Voyage for 3pm show. The gentleman on check in was great and let us check in early. The hotel was in a great location for Abba Voyage and easy to walk to. The rooms are great and everything you need is supplied. We found every member of staff polite and always willing to help with enquiries; these lovely staff are a credit to the hotel.

Liked: The staff are lovely.
Disliked: Nothing.
