Comfortable and relaxing two nights...

Liked: Smart, modern decor and furnishings.Good restaurant and bar.Excellent welcome on arrival.
Disliked: Separate car park is close by, but not ideal.

Liked: Everything….the welcome on check in was first class & the courtesy of the staff impeccable. It was a special family birthday surprise made all the more special by the hotel & the way we were looked after.Hotel was lovely….breakfast was great & rooms clean & tidy. Lovely hotel

Disliked: The cost! During the week was £239 but reduced on Friday am to just £109 for the same room. The beauty of Booking.com is I was able to cancel my original booking.

Wonderful stay at an immaculate...

Liked: Beautiful hotel, well situated in the centre, easy stroll to shops, restaurant and major attractions. Stunning room, and bathroom, comfortable bed, everywhere spotlessly clean. Staff very friendly, helpful and attentive, especially the lady on reception / check in desk. Breakfast was delicious with quality ingredients and staff were brilliant! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it exceeded our expectations, we highly recommend and will most definitely return.
Disliked: At breakfast, the fact you can choose from the 'continental' menu to start, (fruit juice, yoghurt, muesli, etc) wasn't clear, (we thought it was either or), and opted for full English on its own, so maybe this could be made clearer, or waiting staff could explain when handing out menu's.

Genuinely nice.

Liked: Lovely and clean, with friendly, helpful staff. Large bed, nice bathroom, particularly like the low level lights in the base of the bath. Didn't try the restaurant but the menu looked great.
Disliked: A touch expensive, but nothing silly. Almost trivial, but the TV reception could've been better when we tried to watch a bit of Bullseye at bed time!
