Liked: Couldnt fault anything about the Hotel. beautiful place, excellent facilities and staff very friendly , especially the Reception staff. very warm, helpful & very welcoming. The smell in the reception area amazing too :-)
Disliked: No plug in the very large , deep bath, so was unable to experience , but did not spoil our weekend

Liked: The location was quite good overlooking a green area; the room itself was an adequate size. Breakfast was very nice but not worth £20 each in my view.
Disliked: The room was a little tired; it had no fridge to chill water; the shower was over the bath which itself was quite high and difficult for my petite partner to negotiate.We were kept awake by a constant humming/droning noise which the receptionist was unable to do anything about as there were no maintenance staff available and no other room available (we were offered a discount by way of free breakfasts).Not quite the 4 star experience we anticipated!
