The West End

An excellent location, but expensive...

Liked: The location was excellent for the event that we were attending.
Disliked: The shower never seemed to get hot water and the door latch didn't fit very well. The deadbolt would engage, but the door latch didn't.

Started off rough but the...

Liked: My sweetie and I had a lot of issues getting into the building after hours. He and I also had to do a lot of unnecessary walking. We had to change rooms 2 times and didn’t understand the parking policy. With all that being said….The West End worked very quickly to get everything fixed. The hotel staff are so nice and I left really enjoying our stay. I really wish there were more hotels like The West End because the price and the hotel room were all really nice. The common area was clean and very nice. The hotel rooms are straight to the point. Which my sweetie and I found to be really nice.
Disliked: Not being able to get into the hotel after hours. Then after paying for the room wasn’t cleaned and we had to move to another room for that night.

Superb

Liked: We loved the hot tub and the room was nice and large and comfortable.
Disliked: The shower stall was quite small and it took a very long time for the water to heat up.

The rooms were so clean...

Nice place, quiet, some maintenance...

Liked: Nice rooms and location. Rooms clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Our electronic locking door almost didn't work. The whole assembly was loose in a cracked door, and it took significant wiggling for the deadbolt to actually engage when we left the room.

Liked: Uncomfortable beds frame was for a king and had a queen mattress room was small and difficult to navigate. Tv didn’t rotate from wall. Walls were thin and was kept up by traffic in building
