Liked: The room was a perfect size for two adults. The price was also very reasonable. Everything worked as it should. I loved the corn hole court. The breakfast offers many options and the coffee was excellent. Our dinners were also excellent. There weren't a lot of options, but what they offered was prepared perfectly. I truly enjoyed the pinarita. The offerings in the pantry on the 2nd and 3rd floor was a great addition for when one might want a snack during an odd time of the day.
Disliked: I was pleased with everything, especially the friendliness and helpfulness of the entire staff.

Liked: The whole venue was gorgeous. Our room was bigger and had a sofa which we didn't expect.
Disliked: The badminton net was broken, but we were able to just hit it back and forth between us.

Wonderful facility, wonderful location, friendly...

Liked: Nice third floor corner room, went to sleep listening to the Wildcat River just outside the hotel. We love the facility, and the location. We had a wonderful breakfast there, very friendly wait staff (as always). We stay here often. Price can vary, we tend to stay when price is down because it can be expensive.
Disliked: We used to eat here every time we stay in Jackson, whether on the property or not. But the dinner prices have gotten too high, the menu selections more limited, and the size of the portions smaller, so we don't eat dinner here as often.
