Liked: The location, in the heart of Boscastle, was excellent - particularly good for South West Coastal Path walkers.

Liked: Location was stunning and as were a majority of staff. Excellent breakfast was offered every morning.Sheets and towels were clean. Bed comfortable.
Disliked: The hotel room was poor. Condition of room was tatty as was most of the hotel such as the hallways. It needs a good reburbishment. The bathroom needed new mastic around the bath and hooks replaced. The toilet roll holder was loose. It needed a good paint and decorate..Thecwalls had dirty marks.The whole place looked uncared for and I felt over priced. Dinner menu was limited and the pie was never available. The table we sat on was near a wall which was covered in splatters. For the cost of the room we were very disappointed.
